1. No Physical Goods

Grit&Gigs is a digital services marketplace. All services offered on our platform (including graphic design, web development, content writing, digital marketing, and consulting) are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Service Delivery

Services are delivered by the service provider directly through the platform's messaging system or via mutually agreed channels (email, file sharing, collaboration tools). Delivery timelines are specified by the service provider in their service listing and agreed upon at the time of order.

3. Delivery Timelines

Each service listing specifies a delivery timeline. If a provider fails to deliver within the agreed timeframe, the buyer may raise a dispute through our Resolution Centre.

4. Wallet Top-ups

Wallet top-ups are credited instantly to the user's Grit&Gigs wallet upon successful payment confirmation.

5. Digital Receipts

All transactions generate digital receipts and invoices accessible from the user dashboard. No physical invoices are sent.
